What are the delivery charges?

Delivery costs €3.99 to a collection point and €5.99 for home delivery.

Delivery to a collection point is free on orders over €100 in mainland France.

Delivery is free from €200 in Metropolitan France for home delivery (except for BMX bikes and Bike Frame Kits: fixed price of €19.90).

Delivery charges to Corsica are €19.90.

For deliveries to Belgium, delivery charges are €3.99 to a collection point and €5.99 for home delivery.

Delivery to a collection point is free on orders over €100 in Belgium.

For deliveries to Luxembourg, delivery charges are €4.99 to a collection point and €7.99 for home delivery.

Damage during transit

As soon as you receive your order, please check that the parcel is intact and complete. If there is any visible damage, refuse to accept it.

If this is not possible, take photos of the damage and keep the box for now. Then contact our team immediately using the contact form or by calling 04 51 42 04 19.
 You must have evidence of the damage as soon as possible so that you do not lose your right to request a refund.

If you have not made a claim or contacted us, this has no bearing on the statutory warranty to which you are entitled. Evidence of your claim will help us assert our own rights with the delivery service or transport insurance.
