CASTELLI PERFETTO 4 Jacket Orange

The CASTELLI PERFETTO 4 Orange Jacket was created from a blank canvas: completely rethinking what the modern cyclist genuinely needs to perform in cold weather. Castelli worked with its partner Polartec to develop a brand-new, PFAS-free technical membrane positioned at the heart of this jacket.

The Polartec AirCore membrane, now in a 219g version, offers enhanced protection against the cold and light showers, while remaining remarkably breathable: the harder the effort, the more efficiently the membrane works, making it possible to eliminate the traditional zipped ventilation openings of the Perfetto range.

The signature stripe, once understated, now features a transparent chameleon-effect tape that lets the main fabric show through, for a contemporary and instantly recognisable look. A redesigned ergonomic drop tail effectively protects against road spray, while metallic drainage holes on the rear pockets—a nod to the original Gabba model—prevent water build-up.

Designed for riding between 2°C and 12°C, this jacket adapts to changing spring and autumn conditions, with or without a thin base layer, to get the most out of the membrane's moisture management properties.
