Size Guide:

Measure your chest circumference by wrapping the measuring tape under your armpits and around the upper part of your chest.
Measure your waist circumference by placing one end of the measuring tape at your navel and wrapping it around your waist, ensuring it remains horizontal as it goes around your back.
