Description
The Forward Joyride chainring is the brand's accessible performance option for BMX Race. Machined from aluminium and flat-cut to ensure high precision, it features a design that increases stiffness and limits lateral flex — the main flaw of overly flexible chainrings, which leads to power loss right when you need it most.
Its 104 mm BCD and 4-bolt pattern match the most common standard on modern Race cranksets. With a 5 mm thickness, it sits above the category average, directly enhancing its resistance to torque loads off the start gate.
This red anodised version covers the widest range of tooth counts in the line-up, from 35 to 45 teeth: enough to equip a Mini category bike or an Elite race rig, allowing you to fine-tune your gearing tooth by tooth depending on the track profile. Non-threaded holes: requires a suitable chainring bolt and nut set.
