Description
The Giro DND Jr. II is the kids' version of the legendary DND mountain bike glove. Specially tailored to fit the anatomy of younger riders, it delivers all the protection, comfort and grip needed to ride MTB, BMX or pump track safely.
Its AX Suede™ synthetic leather palm incorporates the 3-panel Super Fit™ tailored design to prevent uncomfortable bunching on the handlebar grips. The breathable stretch mesh upper ensures fast drying and great freedom of movement, while the wide cuff opening allows children to put on and take off their gloves easily and independently.
What age are these gloves suitable for? Size XS is generally suitable for children from 4 years old (or for balance bike / small bike riding), while size L is designed for youngsters up to around 12 years old before moving up to Adult size S.
Why choose full-finger gloves for a child? Full-finger gloves provide complete finger protection against grazes in the event of a fall, scratches from bushes or the ground, and ensure much better grip on the brake levers.
