KÄRCHER OC 7-18 Portable Mobile Cleaner (Without Battery)

The KÄRCHER OC 7-18 is a mobile medium-pressure cleaner designed to effectively remove medium-intensity dirt. Its 18 V battery operation allows use without an electrical connection, while the suction hose enables water to be drawn from a jerry can, bucket or rainwater collector up to 5 metres away.

The two-level pressure adjustment, from 11 to 24 bar, adapts cleaning to different surfaces and extends battery life. The eco! mode also reduces water consumption. The LED display indicates the selected mode and the battery charge level.

Compact and ergonomic, the OC 7-18 features a 5-in-1 Multi Jet lance and a foam cannon. It is particularly suited to bikes, camping equipment, gardening tools and cars. Supplied without battery or charger.

What is the main difference between the OC Compact Plus and this OC 7-18? The OC Compact Plus is a compact rigid unit with a fixed 8-litre tank that sits on the ground. The OC 7-18 is held entirely in the hand like a large spray gun. It offers greater freedom of movement, as you simply connect its flexible hose to any bucket or to the supplied foldable tank to start cleaning.

Is it tiring to hold during cleaning? No, Kärcher has paid particular attention to weight distribution. Weighing just 1.3 kg (without battery), the unit remains very well balanced. The battery sits at the rear of the handle, acting as a natural counterweight to the spray gun nozzle to reduce wrist fatigue.

How do you store the unit after use? Disconnect the water suction hose and pull the trigger for 2 to 3 seconds to purge any water remaining inside the gun. Remove the 18 V battery and store it in a temperate location. As with any water-based appliance, make sure to keep the gun protected from frost during winter.
