Description

The PARK TOOL FR-5.2H Shimano Cassette Lockring Tool with Handle is a professional tool for removing and installing 12-spline cassette lockrings, the most common standard on 7- to 12-speed cassettes from Shimano®, SRAM® and other brands.

Its long, sturdy handle and wide through-bore allow it to be used without removing the quick-release nut in most cases, making work on an installed wheel considerably easier.

Beyond cassettes, this tool also fits disc brake lockrings and adapters with 12 internal splines, as well as the top caps of certain RockShox® forks (Pike, Lyrik, SID, Revelation, Reba, Paragon).

Its removable threaded handle makes it easy to replace a worn head without buying a whole new tool. The 20 mm centre bore provides clearance for the axle or quick-release nut.
