Description
The Shot Iris 2.0 goggles sit in the mid-range of Shot goggles, between the entry-level Assault 2.0 and the premium Core. They are EN 1938 certified, the European standard certifying eye protection against debris in off-road riding.
The difference compared to the Assault 2.0 comes down to two features. The hypoallergenic foam here is triple-density, compared to single-density on the Assault — delivering significantly superior comfort and sweat absorption on long sessions. And the lens features an anti-fog and anti-scratch iridium finish with a finishing logo, whereas the Assault settles for a clear lens. The semi-rigid frame and expanded field of vision remain shared across both ranges, with an integrated tear-off post for muddy conditions.
The 50 mm adjustable strap features a wide central silicone strip that holds it firmly on the helmet. The goggles come with a protective pouch. The Fusion graphic in gloss red is one of the brightest in the range.
