Description

The SRAM SlickWire XL Pro Brake Cable Kit lets you completely replace the mechanical brake cables and housing on a road bike, with cable lengths suited to large frames, time trial bikes and tandems. Its polished stainless steel cables glide with minimal friction for responsive, precise braking.

The compressionless, Kevlar-reinforced housing provides lasting protection against contaminants and maintains brake lever feel over time. The kit includes all the necessary accessories: ferrules, end caps and frame protectors, for a complete installation without additional purchases.

Compatible with SRAM and Shimano mechanical road brakes, this kit is a reliable maintenance solution for restoring precise braking on a frame that requires longer cables.
