The Shot Lite full-face helmet is the most advanced model from the French brand. As with the Furious, an important point to note before ordering: it meets ECE 22.06 and DOT standards — with Shot even claiming to exceed them — but these are motorcycle standards. This helmet is not EN 1078 certified (the bicycle standard). Check your club or race organiser's regulations before competing.

What sets the Lite apart is that it combines two rotational impact protection technologies, rarely found together on the same helmet. The MIPS system allows a slight movement of the inner liner around the head, reducing rotational forces transmitted to the brain during angled impacts — the most common scenario in real crashes. D3O® inserts complement the system: a material that remains flexible at rest and locks together instantly on impact energy. The peak's breakaway screws work towards the same goal.

The shell is made of fiberglass, available in 2 sizes with 2 EPS densities, weighing 1,250 g ± 50 g. Ventilation via 10 front intake vents and 9 rear exhaust vents, with a removable and washable hypoallergenic Quick Dry liner. The Quick Release system allows emergency services to remove the cheek pads while the helmet is still on, without manipulating the neck — a crucial detail. Routing clip for a hydration tube, Double-D ring closure, polyurethane varnish. Shot also offers a crash replacement programme at a discounted rate upon product registration. The Devil graphic in matt black is the most understated finish in the range.
