The Shot Lite full face helmet is the French brand's most advanced model. As with the Furious, an important note before ordering: it meets ECE 22.06 and DOT standards — Shot even claims to exceed them — but these are motorcycle standards. This helmet is not EN 1078 certified, the bicycle standard. Please check your club or event organiser's requirements before competing.

What sets the Lite apart is that it combines two oblique impact protection technologies, rarely paired on the same helmet. The MIPS system allows a slight movement of the inner shell around the head, reducing the rotational forces transmitted to the brain during an angled impact — the most common scenario in real crashes. The D3O® inserts complement the setup: it is a flexible material at rest that stiffens instantly under the energy of an impact. The breakaway screws on the peak work in the same way.

The shell is made of fibreglass, available in 2 shell sizes with 2 EPS densities, weighing 1,250 g ± 50 g. Ventilation via 10 front vents and 9 rear extractors, removable and washable hypoallergenic Quick Dry interior lining. The Quick Release system allows emergency services to remove the cheek pads while the helmet is still in place, without manipulating the neck — a crucial detail. Routing clip for a hydration tube, Double D ring fastener, polyurethane coating. Shot also offers a crash replacement programme at a reduced price upon product registration. The S10 design in matt black and grey is the most understated colourway in the range.
