The BAOUW Cherry/Guarana/Caffeinated Energy Gel combines 30 g of carbohydrates with a glucose/fructose ratio of 1:0.8, designed to promote optimal absorption during exercise. Its 100% organic recipe prioritises high-quality nutritional ingredients and excludes additives such as preservatives, gums and lecithin.

Its fluid texture facilitates absorption, even at high intensity, while its 44 g stick format is easy to carry and allows quick consumption. The Cherry-Guarana recipe also provides 50 mg of caffeine from guarana.

The gel also contains sodium and B vitamins. It is recommended to consume 1 to 2 gels per hour depending on the intensity of the effort.
