The BAOUW Salted Caramel Energy Gel combines performance and naturalness in a compact 44 g stick format. Its 100% organic recipe, free from additives, provides 30 g of carbohydrates per gel with a glucose/fructose ratio of 1:0.8, promoting efficient absorption during exercise.

Its fluid texture makes consumption and absorption easier, even at high intensity. The gel also provides sodium as well as B vitamins derived from plant extracts. Its salted caramel flavour and carefully selected ingredients combine energy intake with taste enjoyment.
