"The hook gives a good impression of quality, it comes with screws and dowels and holds well on the wall. The bike is held securely in place. But to get to that point, given that the hook swivels, it's very difficult to install a heavy mountain-bike type bike on your own, as you'd have to hold the hook in the ideal position with one hand while carrying the bike with the other."
