The PSHIMANO J05A-RF XTR/XT/SLX/DEORE/ALFINE /ULTEGRA organic inserts are designed for disc brakes of the MTB (2-piston) and Road brand disc brakes.

Their organic trim gives them more bite than conventional Brake Pads metal ones. This model replaces the J03A. They're also quieter. This model is one of Shimano's best-performing brake pads, offering excellent braking precision for minimum downhill loss.
