Description
The DT Swiss G 1800 CLASSIC Front Wheel Dynamo is designed for gravel adventures and long-distance touring setups. Its angular aluminium rim of 20 mm combines durability and versatility, with an internal width of 26 mm allowing the use of wider tyres. Its design handles demanding terrain with a maximum system weight of 150 kg.
The 370 hub provides a reliable base for off-road rides. The robust DT Competition spokes are laced in a Three-cross (1:1) pattern, while the DT ProLock Squorx ProHead brass nipples contribute to the wheel's strength. The Disc Center Lock braking completes the build.
The G 1800 CLASSIC features a Hooked / Crotchet TC tubeless interface. It has an ASTM 2 classification and is approved for e-bikes up to 32 km/h or 250 W.
This version comes with a dynamo hub for seamless lighting integration. DT SWISS collaborated with Shutter Precision, a market leader in dynamo hub technology, by seamlessly integrating their SP PL-7 generator into a custom hub shell. At 15 km/h, delivering a standard output of 6 volts/3 watts (6V3W), 4.2 watts of your pedalling power are used to run the lights.
