The HUTCHINSON Fusion 5 Performance ElevenStorm 700c Tubeless Ready soft bead tire is an evolution of the Fusion 5, taking its performance even further. It is designed for Tubeless Ready mounting, without tubes, with preventive fluid. It can also be installed in the conventional way, with an inner tube.
It took three years of R&D to develop the new ElevenStorm rubber compound. This compound promises top-level performance on the 6 crucial points that determine the quality of a bicycle tire (performance, grip, longevity, puncture resistance, weight and comfort).
In the ElevenStorm Fusion 5 range, this Performance version is the most versatile, providing good grip on wet and dry roads, with an estimated longevity of over 4,000 km! Featuring a Hardskin anti-puncture reinforcement, this tire outperforms the previous Fusion 5 Performance by 14%, its life by 19%, its wet grip by 11% and its dry grip by 3%.
