Description

Le HUTCHINSON Griffus tire is entirely dedicated to committed riding, and will show its best on dry and rocky terrain.

The French brand has chosen the Race Ripost Gravity tri-compound for both steering precision and braking control, thanks to its directional profile and aggressive lateral studs. The 2x66 TPI casing provides ultimate protection against heavy shocks and punctures.

Hutchinson enduro riders, who have developed this tire to meet their own needs, recommend the following mounting options 2.50 front coupled with 2.40 rearThis will ensure stability in bends and pedaling efficiency. DH riders, meanwhile, will be delighted by the aggressiveness provided by a 2.50 front and rear. Tubeless and slightly under-inflated, this tubeless tire will exploit all its capacities.

Very good! ... ... for me!

"On a Giant 1.5 full, I took the Griffus option, in 2.6 low pressure 1.2 bar, on the front to get the promised big grip, the grip is there, on the gravel descents, big round pebbles, and fixed rocky steps, playground: the garrigue in the back country of Sanary. Where I was supposed to place my wheel, now I pull straight out, this tire gives an impression of safety that you should perhaps be wary of... . . and an impression of greater dynamics too, in the meantime, it's all fun. I also bought a digital pump, and put a Schwalbe Eddy 2.8 tubless at the rear, pressure 1.3 bar, also remarkable, more suitable for the rear of a vttae. All ordered from probikeshop and received promptly, with no problems whatsoever."

Healthy behavior

"Great at the rear for good grip when going downhill and good performance. Braking performance is honest. Tested in bike park and enduro. On the other hand their demanded nothing in the fat."
