Description
The INPEAK POWERCRANK-E Shimano Ultegra R8100 Left Crank Arm Power Meter houses a single-sided power meter inside a genuine Shimano Ultegra FC-R8100 left crank arm. It replaces your current crank arm without changing the rest of the chainset, so you can start structured training without a major investment.
A gyroscope and accelerometer (IMU) work with strain gauges to deliver measurement accuracy of ± 2% across a range of 20 to 2000 W, alongside cadence, torque effectiveness and pedal smoothness. Active temperature compensation (ATC) keeps the data reliable from -5°C to +50°C, while the IP67 housing stands up to rain, mud and splashes.
The POWERCRANK-E version features a rechargeable Li-Po battery, charged using the supplied magnetic USB cable, with up to 90 hours of use. ANT+ and Bluetooth Low Energy connect it to most cycling computers, watches and apps such as Zwift, while the INPEAK Manager app lets you update the firmware and fine-tune the scale factor.
