The INPEAK POWERCRANK Shimano XT M8100 Left Crank Arm with Power Meter integrates a single-sided power meter into an original Shimano XT FC-M8100 left crank arm. It is the most popular model in the INPEAK range for getting started with power measurement on a mountain bike.

A gyroscope and accelerometer (IMU) work with strain gauges to deliver measurement accuracy of ± 2% over a range of 20 to 2000 W, along with cadence, torque effectiveness and pedal smoothness. Filtering algorithms counteract the effects of vibrations from the terrain, while the IP67 waterproof housing and active temperature compensation (ATC) ensure reliable readings from -5°C to +50°C.

Powered by a single CR2032 battery, the POWERCRANK offers up to 200 hours of use. ANT+ and Bluetooth Low Energy ensure compatibility with most bike computers, watches and apps such as Zwift, while the INPEAK Manager app lets you update the firmware and adjust the scale factor.

Designed and manufactured in Poland, each power meter is individually calibrated before dispatch. It offers one of the lowest prices on the market for an integrated power meter, with reliability confirmed by hundreds of mountain bikers.
