Description

As its name suggests, the MICHELIN Mud Enduro Competition Line tire 29 x 2.25 has been designed to guarantee maximum control in muddy terrain.

This tire combines a rugged Gravity Shield 3x33 TPI casing suitable for very committed riding, with the Magi-X compound guaranteeing exceptional grip and adherence.
But what really sets this tire apart is its tread pattern: the studs are twisted to optimally eject mud and ensure efficient breaking-in. What's more, the tread blocks can be cut to your exact specifications, for even greater grip and maximum trajectory precision on mixed terrain.
In concrete terms, this technology Cuttable Blocks technology facilitates and guarantees perfect re-cutting of the entire tire, saving the rider a considerable amount of time.

To do your thighs

"It's great in the mud. Unfortunately it also sticks everywhere and all the time. Even on the flat, it feels like it's going up".

Trinita93 (3/5)

Super grip!

"Tested in front mount in very muddy and slippery terrain. The grip is great!"

Nico T. (5/5)

Highly effective

"Super efficient for all types of mud. At the front, there's real steering whatever the ground conditions, whether it's deep dust or liquid mud, the tire rolls off superbly and the rubber provides monumental grip. At the rear, the grip is even more noticeable, so much so that you can corner without a second thought. The price of fame is that its rolling resistance is quite high, so you feel that the tire is glued to the ground. So yes, you're clearly going slower on ground that would allow it, but on the other hand, you're happily accelerating as soon as you see mud."
