The SHIMANO GRX ST-RX610 lever, paired here with the BR-RX400 caliper, belongs to the GRX RX610 range, positioned as an accessible evolution of 12-speed gravel drivetrains. This DUAL CONTROL LEVER provides mechanical shifting and hydraulic braking, incorporating technologies already proven on higher-end generations of the GRX range at a more affordable price.
The structured hood ergonomics and non-slip coating on the brake lever significantly improve control on rough terrain, both for touring and racing. The brake lever is made of aluminium, with a composite hood body, for a robust assembly suited to intensive use. A screw-operated reach adjustment system allows the distance between the lever and handlebar to be adjusted.
The BR-RX400 caliper, with Flat Mount mounting and 2-piston construction, lets you tackle demanding terrain with confidence thanks to Ice Technologies, which optimises heat dissipation from the disc and pads during prolonged braking. The One Way Bleeding bleed system makes maintenance easier, and the assembly remains compatible with 12-speed GRX cranksets, derailleurs and cassettes.
