The SHIMANO DURA-ACE Di2 ST-R9270 right lever, paired here with the BR-R9270 rear calliper, belongs to the high-end 12-speed DURA-ACE Di2 R9200 road groupset. This DUAL CONTROL LEVER combines wireless shifting and SERVO WAVE ACTION hydraulic braking, delivering unrivalled braking modulation and control thanks to an extended braking zone. Going wireless declutters the cockpit while retaining some of the fastest and most precise gear shifts on the market.

The hood, with its raised tip and elongated body, improves hand support and comfort over long distances while remaining compatible with additional satellite controls. The brake lever is made from carbon fibre, with titanium hardware, for an assembly that is both light and stiff, suited to the demands of competition. A reach adjustment system allows precise adjustment of lever position according to hand size.

The BR-R9270 rear calliper features MONO-BODY construction, machined from a single block of forged steel for an excellent stiffness-to-lightness balance. It offers 10% greater pad clearance to limit disc rubbing, along with a new bleed system that makes maintenance easier without removing the calliper. Electronic power is supplied by a CR1632 battery offering 1.5 to 2 years of battery life, with button configuration via the E-TUBE PROJECT app.
