The SHIMANO XT SL-M8100-IL 2-Speed Left Shifter delivers light, precise shifting to keep you focused on the trail.

Featuring RAPIDFIRE PLUS MONO technology and I-SPEC EV mounting, it attaches directly to the compatible brake control, offering a wide adjustment range and a clean cockpit.

I-SPEC EV provides 14 mm of longitudinal adjustment and 60° of rotation. Compared with the SL-M8000, operating effort is reduced by 35% for 20% faster lever access.
