Description

The SIGMA HIRO 50 Rear Light is a modern LED rear light designed for everyday safety, whether commuting or riding on road or gravel. StVZO-approved, it improves visibility from up to 500 metres away, day or night.

Its key feature is its intelligent brake light function: a built-in accelerometer automatically detects braking and instantly activates all three LEDs, making you more noticeable to road users behind you. A pulsing emergency brake light also activates under hard deceleration, enhancing safety in busy city traffic and on the road.

The HIRO 50 has a long-lasting battery providing up to 11 hours of light in Eco mode, rechargeable in 3 hours via a USB-C port. A three-level battery indicator makes it easy to check the remaining charge, while a double-click switch prevents accidental activation in a pocket or bag.

Compact and lightweight (30 g including the mount), it fits almost any seatpost without tools using its flexible silicone mount. Its IP44 splash resistance makes it suitable for riding in all weather. A HIRO 50 LINK version is also available, adding connectivity with compatible SIGMA LINK front lights.
