Made from real fruit, this easy-to-digest bar is high in carbohydrates (26 g) but low in protein (4.5 g) and fat (2 g) to provide you with only what your body needs to function.
Science in Sport (SIS) recommends 1 to 2 bars per hour of exercise. To reach the maximum carbohydrate level of 60 grams per hour, it can be combined with Go gel.
