Description
The Title CR1 chainset solves a specific problem: finding a chainset that fits multiple bikes. Its three-piece construction with a removable spindle allows you to switch from a dirt jump bike to a downhill bike simply by changing the spindle, without buying new crank arms. The arms are CNC-machined from 7075 T6 aluminium, and the assembly has passed the EFBE TRI-TEST® GR: certified for enduro, freeride and downhill.
This version comes with the 136 mm spindle, the most versatile of the three. It is designed for modern 29-inch trail and enduro frames with flared chainstays to clear wide tyres: it provides an extra 3 mm of lateral clearance per side. 55 mm chainline, 174.5 mm Q-factor. It complies with SRAM Transmission (T-Type), SRAM DUB Wide and Shimano M9120/M8120/M7120 standards — and is mandatory if you run T-Type. A 165 mm set with this spindle weighs 680 g.
Two points to check before ordering. The chainring is not included, and only SRAM 8-bolt direct mount chainrings will fit. The chainset also requires a 29 mm SRAM DUB bottom bracket: no other standard is compatible. The chrome finish catches the light and matches polished builds.
